Pay Superannuation

Did the monthly Pay Superannuation entries for two clients tonight. Right after I entered the PIN to authorise payment, I got a message in both cases saying "you have autorised payment but someone else needs to also authorise payment" What's this about? I have been the sole authoriser of Super Payments for years and now this message. Pay Super says "completed" and I won't know whether the payment is successful until it hits the bank account in a couple of days time (or doesn't).

    We have been made aware of this specific error and the recommendation is to click Ok on the error message and ignore it. The payments should be processed regardless, please let me know if there is anything else we can assist with.
