If you are still needing assistance with this, could you please send me the following details via private message?

 

  • Serial number
  • Business file name 
  • Your name + email 
  • Screenshot of the employee's Payroll Activity & Payroll register report
  • Date of your first pay run in the new financial year (if applicable)
