Thank you for your post. This can happen when an employee card has the Hours in Weekly Pay Period set to zero.
To check if this is causing the error:
- Open the Employee card.
- Open the Payroll Details tab.
- Open the Salary and wages tab.
- Check the Hours in Weekly Pay Period is not set to 0. If it is, enter in a value (If they don't have regular hours you can just enter 1).
- Repeat for any other employees linked to the category.
If the above does not resolve your issue could you please include a screenshot of the category with the error message, and the last 4 digits of your Serial Number in your reply?
