Payroll not recording URGENT HELP NEEDED

I urgently require assistance to record the pay run today. I have tried three times and it just disappears after I click on record.

Last four digits of my serial number are 8420

Please help

    I'm happy to help, so I can run that script over your file can you please confirm the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
