Reverse a negative super payment

Hi

I have processed a pay and superannuation payment to my boss's son by mistake, I have received the funds back from his son and have reversed the payrun. The super payment went through to his superfund, how to I record this payment as employee additional funds, as the boss is happy to leave the super payment. when I go to pay super, a negative amount is on the list to process, I'm not sure how to change it so it doesnt show up.
