STP Reporting - EOFY Verification Report incorrect now after removing finalisation

My EOFY Verification Report reconciled with Payroll Activity Report etc. I then finalised the report. When I realised I left off the RFBA, I removed the finalisation. This was accepted by ATO with errors. Now, the Verification Report and Summary of Payments are showing incorrect numbers.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, are you able to confirm what the errors are in the Payroll reporting centre.
