Salesperson Bulk Import

Hi Everyone

 

I'm trying to allocate a sales rep by Import Data function in MYOB19.

 

Currently the Salesperson field is blank and when I import it says import with warnings 

 

The warning code:

 

Warning 322: Card's default salesperson not found; salesperson ignored.

 

I have 400 updates to make. I have checked the Salesrep details match the import field exactly.

 

'Victoria, Rep1'

    I worked it out, after about three days and no responses!

     

    It's the comma in 'Victoria, Rep1'.  I changed the sales rep to Victoria Rep1 and it imported.
