Super Authorisation Code

Hi.   How long should I expect to wait for a super authorisation code?  Our office manager, who has handled our payroll, has resigned and I have recently taken the role over.  It has been more than...

    I needed to have this finalised this afternoon so I called your help line.  They gave me an authorisation code over the phone and we finally have success.

Hi ADL86, 

 

Thank you for your post. It may take up to twenty minutes to receive the authorisation code, if you haven't received this as of yet I would recommend selecting to get the authorisation code resent.

Thanks for your help Melisa.

 

I have asked for the authorisation code to be resent.  It has now been nearly 2 hours and still no code.
