Superannuation Payments

I am so annoyed. 

I have been on hold twice now for over 2 hours to get help.

I can not pay REST and SmartMonday super fund payments through MYOB AccountRight.

I have set them up correctly but when go to pay Superannuation they come up with red cross against them.

Can someone please help. I am sick of been on hold with MYOB.

  • I have been on hold for more than 2 hours today and last week.

     

    Getting very annoyed.

     

    I can't pay into 2 super funds for employees, comes up with red cross.

    Come on MYOB wake up obviously you have MAJOR problem with Superannuation. Can't you see everyones messages.

    JUst fix the problem.
