Superfund details are invald

Hi

 

I'm trying to pay the monthly super and I keep getting a message:

 

"The superfund details entered are invalid".

 

The superfund the error message is referring to is ASGARD EMPLOYEE SUPERANNUATION ACCOUNT.

 

We paid into this fund last month without any trouble.

 

Can you please help with this error?

    Hi JulieAS 

     

    Thanks for your post. As per checking, the Asgard Employee Superannuation Account is inactive. To confirm this, kindly contact the super fund to check if they do have an updated details that you can enter within your file such as USI and ABN so that you will able to process the super payments.
