TEAM App Leave request

Hi there,

We are setting up MYOB teams and some of our staff cannot submit leave as the option is not coming up for Leave reason. Its just blank. This is really frustrating. Can you please help as soon as possible so that we can rectify these teething problems.

    Thanks for your post. Can I please confirm if the leave field is not coming up at all ? If it isn't, the leave entitlement and corresponding wage category must be selected on the employee’s card. The wage category also needs to be set as the linked wage category on the entitlement.

     

    For example, if the entitlement is named “annual leave” and it is paid out on the linked wages category “annual leave paid”, both need to be selected on the card.
