I'm having trouble getting started with MYOB Team. After checking that the company file setup is ok, moving to the next section, only comes up with "0" employees, no results found. This was reported...

Hi Doreen, I've gone into the app for Team, gone to the setup to make sure it doesn't have anything showing up as incorrect, removed the original information of the location, authorising manager and employees. After that I reset the location, authoriser and employees and sent out the invitation to everyone to sign in. So far, there's been stoney silence. A message has been sent to the owner/manager/authoriser to see if anyone has received the emails. I'll get back to you when I hear back from him. Kind regards, Jan.

Hi Doreen, sadly I didn't have any luck with the emails getting to the employees to sign onto teams. I'm not really sure what to do next? Is there any other advice you can give me?

Thanks for updating us about this.
Since you were able to follow the steps provided in The Help Article, but the employees did not receive the email invitation to log in to the MYOB Team app. At this point, we highly recommend checking with your IT person if the MYOB email address is blacklisted, which causes the employees not to receive the email invitation.

Hi Doreen, my apologies for the delay. I'm still waiting to hear back from my client as to his employees receiving the invitation email. I know he has received it and that's a great relief. Sadly he's a bit preoccupied as he's a baker and has the unenvieable job of starting work at 2am! I'll certainly be back in touch to let you know how it goes as I'm keen for all my clients to starting using the app.
