I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting through to our phone-based teams. Having a look at the account linked to your Forum log in, there was a super payment processed on the 14 Sep. SuperChoice withdrew the funds from your bank account, processed the contributions and funds were transferred to the super funds on the 20 Sep.
If contributions are not showing in member accounts I'd recommend contacting the super funds.
If your query relates to a different account or super payment please send me the following information in a private message:
- serial number
- primary contact name and email
- date and amount of super payment
