No one from MYOB has contacted me yet about it. I am a bit anxious as we need to finalise payroll this month.
I was wondering if we can get it resolved before the end of this week?

An email was sent to the primary contact and also to the email address you sent me in a private message on the 4th June. You need to follow the instructions in that email to upload your file for repair.

Hi TraceyH
I received the email today with details for what i need to do to fixx issue we dicussed. i downloaded temporary file and processed 0 for for 'ghost employee' as instructed and submitted payroll to ATO however it has been rejected by ATO.
When i look at the reason for rejection provided by ATO then it is -
- The State entered in this employee's address is either blank or in the wrong format.
Please let me know if this will get fixed or i should update address details of the employee and do another void pay in temp file?
Please let me kow if i need to do anything from my end or MYOB can sort this issue for me.

Hi NDMYOB
You do need to make sure all details are correct in the employee card so correct the State field in the employee's address. Then process another $0 pay and wait until it has been accepted by the ATO before following the rest of the instructions in that email.
