Blank Invoices

Hi 

I am having constant issues lately with my invoices emailing off but opening blank.  When you try to open the attached invoice the invoice has nothing but a blue and red line in the top corner. 

Any help would be appreciated .

    Sorry for the delay in response.

     

    Are you using a customised form for your invoices? If yes, kindly try to resize the logo on the custom form, as it will allow the invoice content to be displayed. Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this. We are happy to assist.

      Hi

      I have resized the logo and now it's worse! Happens on every invoice I'm sending! I have attached an image to show what it looks like !

        Thanks for your response.

         

        If resizing the logo on the form did make any difference, please try to re-create the invoice customised. For us to be able to assist further, kindly attach a screenshot of how the invoice looks after resizing the logo due to the error. Please make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
