Emailing sales invoice

I have account right plus, when i try send a sales invoice by email nothing happens, i click on email and screen goes back to th sales page with no information, what' happening, any help appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    We can try to clear your AccountRight cache. Please close AccountRight and do the following:

    1. Hold down the <Windows Key> and press the letter <R>
    2. In the box that appears, type in: %localappdata%
    3. Press <Enter>

    Once you've done that, go to MYOB > AccountRight > 20XX.X OR Current (Depends on the version you're using) > Cache, and delete the contents of this folder.

    If the above doesn't work, please make sure you are on the most updated version of AccountRight. Can you also please advise if there are any error messages popping up at all when trying to email.

    Please let me know how this goes.
