In tray fails to upload

WE HAVE A FORWARD  in OFFICE 365 - emails to our accounts email are forwarded to the myob email in tray email address

If we send an invoice document to  directly to the myob intray email address, it goes in.

If we  send an email WITHOUT  invoice document to accounts and it gets forwarded to the myob account,we get a return

Hi there,

The following files you sent to your In tray didn’t come through:

  • there were no attachments. Are you sure you remembered to attach a bill?
    ETC

If we  send an email WITH  invoice document to accounts and it gets forwarded to the myob account, we get nothing
Nothing in the in tray and NO return email.

so the issue is in myob process after the check for a document included section

This means out email process is getting though the email checks

    HI leibholdqpbc

    Thanks for posting.

Can you please clear the AccountRight cache and attempt to upload the documents again? Are you receiving the same error? If yes, please check the following:

    • Size of the document (you can add documents up to 100MB in size to your In Tray, and in these formats PDF, JPG, JPEG, .TIF, .TIF AND .PNG.)
    • Can you drag and drop the documents from desktop intray

And also, I will attached a helpful article on Working In Tray documents. Please note that this works if your file is online and not working on AccountRight Basics.

Please feel free to post again if you need further help. I'm happy to assist you further.

The AccountRight cache has NOTHING to do with this error

Next you will tell me to reinstall - which also is NOT a solution

I suugest you READ my post instead of handing out the stock answer which is wrong
