Can you please clear the AccountRight cache and attempt to upload the documents again? Are you receiving the same error? If yes, please check the following:
- Size of the document (you can add documents up to 100MB in size to your In Tray, and in these formats PDF, JPG, JPEG, .TIF, .TIF AND .PNG.)
- Can you drag and drop the documents from desktop intray
And also, I will attached a helpful article on Working In Tray documents. Please note that this works if your file is online and not working on AccountRight Basics.
