Issues changing the remittance Form

I'm having issues where I have made changes to the Remittance Advice under Advance filters however it won't save the message that I added at the bottom of the remittance.  Can someone please advise how I can fix this?

I have checked that it is using the correct form.

    Hi

     

    You need to made permanent changes in the form itself

     

    Go to the setup tab find cutomise forms then select the remittance form you want to change and make the changes there

      Thanks for you response, i can see the changes I made there.  How do I make this the default form that is sent as a remittance each time? Many thanks

        In the print /email remittances go into advanced filters 

        down the bottom it has selected form 

        select the correct form that you saved and select it from the drop down box

        save

         

        you need to do this for all payment types in print and email remittances
