Negative and positive auto build

We made an error of positive and negative stock qty in auto build with cost on positive qty. However, ,it caused error in subsequent costing, We were advised by MYOB consultant to delete the transaction but not allowed to do so because the balance is below the positive and negative entries. What is the solution to fix this issue?
