Paying invoices with an Amex card

Hi, we had a client trying to pay online yesterday with their AMEX card (which they have used previously to successfully pay our invoices) and it was unsuccessful the 3 times he tried, is anyone having the same issue?  And how do we resolve this.....thank you

    Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any issues with Amex payments at the time of your post. I would recommend your client to get in touch with their bank to check why that payment doesn't go through.
