Payment not received

We had a client pay by Amex but its shown up in myob but not our bank.  how long does this take?  I thought it was supposed to be quicker to get paid with credit card

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Since the payment is showing in MYOB already but not in your bank, we recommend contacting your bank to check why the payment is not yet reflecting on your end. They can provide you with further information regarding your concern.
