Unchecking i inventory this item
Hi How do we uncheck I inventory this item if we no longer want to hold it in inventory, and recongnise the income and cost directly to the p/l. It wont let us select to uncheck inventory, it says...

If you have recorded a transaction using this item, then the historical data will prevent you from removing this checkbox.
You may need to look at marking the item as inactive and adding a 'z' to the front of the item number (optional, this will place the item at the end of the list), and create a new item marked as you need.
