recording community engagement expense
Hi
I work for a NFP Community House. We offer community engagement programs and classes. We are in a position to cover the client cost for those struggling to pay for their classes to enable them to stay connected within community. What is the best way to account for this - we do not want to change a $250 invoice to $50 when we cover the other $200.
Is the best way to create an expense account for "community engagement" ?
