Hi there,


I am not receiving emails to my personal email. I have sent a test email to my admin email however have not received the email to my personal email. Can you please contact me via email asap to rectify this.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.


It appears that your domain name doesn’t have the correct MX records setup for your domain name. The MX records impact the email forwarding and act as a set of instructions for external domains to direct the emails accordingly.


I have sent you a private message with the appropriate MX records. You will need to pass this information onto your domain registrar, so that they can update your domain name. This should then allow the email forwarding to begin working as expected.
