Thanks for answering. my question is email forwarding is not working in my myob atlas? ive followed instructions and still not receiving emails to my addressess?
My apologies for the delay in responding to your question.
We've identified the issue and refreshed the DNS records, email forwarding is now working fine for all your forwarding addresses.
If for some reason you are not seeing the forwarded emails in your inbox, I do recommend checking your spam folder to check that these forwarded emails are not being incorrectly labelled as spam.
