Creating an alert for inactive customers to help us as the business owners to stay proactive in approaching customers before finding a new provider, to avoid lack of communication and to help build the customer relationship.
Eg: Having an alert when an inactive customer hasnt purchsed anything in a chosen time period and prompting the business owner to contact them.
This would be very helpful.
