How to add name to Email Invoice for Company contacts?
In the new MYOB Essentials, if I Email Invoice for a Individual contact, their name is included in the email message (see attached image). However,if I Email Invoice for a Company contact, their name is omitted from the email message (see attached image). How can I rectify this, and which field in the Contacts editor is used for this purpose? Many thanks! Can anyone identify why the customer name (shown below in sales settings email template) is pulling through as blank? There is no "customer full name" field in the contacts section which I suspect is the issue but I have no idea how to remedy it. This has occurred only since the upgrade and has been sitting with MYOB for a couple of weeks with no response. I've had to delete the customer name from the email template until I can resolve it. It is the same for quotes. Invoice Dear {{customer_full_name}}, We've attached invoice {{invoice_number}} for ${{invoice_amount_due}}. Payment is due by {{invoice_due_date}}. Hi, I am trying to reconcile my month of January. However its showing an out of balance from my December but my December reconcilation is spot, there are no out of transactions showing and the calculated closing balance matches my bank statement balance which I input at the top but its not saving or reconciling. I undid all of my reconciliations from July to December, and did them all again and they all balanced. Then went to January and all the reconicilations that I'd just done were out of balance again. The calculated closing balances from July - Dec 23 are exactly what is in my accounts on myob and on my statements. I can't reconcile my January becuase of this. Please help1View0likes0Comments
