How does someone have a conversation with a human directly? I have wasted 5-6 hours the past 2 days without resolution. I still can't process the pay run. My staff need to be paid. MYOB is losing me very quickly. Cumbersome system, UX changes that are not intuitive, payroll reporting that is not accurate, accounting that is difficult to configure. I can go on.
