Welcome to the new Community Forum!
Good morning everyone! Welcome to our NEW Community Forum! We hope you find value in this newly upgraded space. We've simplified our board structure and have archived posts with no solutions to make it easier for you to navigate and find the answers you're after! If you have a question that's yet to be answered - feel free to start a new post! Simply click into the board that relates to your question and select "Create a post". If you have any feedback about the navigation and layout of our new Community Forum, leave a comment below - we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out if there's anything you're unsure of or have any further questions! Cheers, Amanda. *Please note: You may notice that some functionality is missing post-upgrade such as your personalised profile icons. We are aware of this and are actively working to resolve it.480Views5likes17CommentsKeep custom role settings
I spent over an hour on live chat today to find out that custom roles and access set up in the desktop version don't carry over to the browser version, even though they appear on the list of options after clicking on the user's name. So there's no way to give partial access to parts of sales or purchases, or any other area. It's all or nothing. And if someone needs partial access to the file, then you basically have to set them up twice. Once in the desktop software and again in the browser. I couldn't find any documentation anywhere to say this, and the live chat person couldn't tell me where to find it either.0Views0likes0CommentsPayroll: Edit Payslip template
Please allow us to edit the Payslip template in MYOB Essentials. I have employees who are on hourly and some on salary. The hourly rate showing on the salary payslip and the annual salary showing on the casual hourly rate payslip is misleading and looks very unprofessional. The layout of the Payslip is also not well thought out. Very sad indeed. "Payslips"20KViews231likes93CommentsTurn of BPAY Option
I know this has been asked many times over the last couple of years but I would like MYOB to turn off the BPAY option for online payments. I am only wanting to use the service for credit card payments and not incur the BPAY charges if clients decide to pay that way, even though I have told them not too. Surely it can't be that difficult to give the different options.121Views6likes3Comments
