Online Administrator access unable to download MYOB invoices
Hi Can you advise why I don't have the option to download your invoices - I have administrator access. Below is a snippet from user with "Owner" access. Every time I need to download MYOB's invoice, I have to wait for a code from the "owner" so trying to bypass this stage. Is there an option for invoices to be emailed instead? Recently I have been taking over the role and using the MYOB AccountRight, I am trying to generate reports for Apr 24 today, however, the reports are not available (please see the attachment for your reference). I just found out the previous staff forgot to start a new financial year after the accountant finalised the Apr 22~Mar 23 year-end financial reports. I wish you confirm the correct steps before I roll over to the new financial year (Apr 23~Mar 24). NOT Apr 24~Mar 25, as we have not finalised the financial report for 01/04/23~31/03/24 yet). can someone kindly advise, so I can be able to generate the reports after 01/04/24, thanks.26Views0likes5CommentsMYOB CAPTURE SHUTS DOWN
Hi There, I have been using Capture for years now but lately when I am capturing multipage invoices (2 or more pics) when i hit the send icon, the app just closes down and doesn't send the images to MYOB. Its extremely frustrating, will there be a fix for this soon? I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling but the issue still remains.4Views0likes1Comment
