Wondering why cash movement report includes journal entries?

In accounting, journal entries are used to record various transactions, including cash inflows and outflows. Therefore, when generating a cash movement report, MYOB includes journal entries to offer a comprehensive overview of all transactions affecting cash, not limited to direct cash transactions such as receipts and payments.
