IRD Payroll transfer error message

I have received a message to say that the payroll file I am attempting to transfer to the IRD has errors and needs to be fixed before it can be sent.  I have done nothing different from previous week...

    Turns out it wasn't me or my system; it was an IRD issue, so all sorted.  Thanks for your time

Hi Jennie

 

Still no joy, I am trying to find someone in Albany who might be able to do a site visit to have a look and see if there is something I am missing.  I have compared the csv file to one that went through without error and can't see anything different.
