MYOB Payroll 2023.1

hi all,

have not had this issue previously.  went to email payslips today - last done last week - and when selecting email get a message - printer not activated, error code 30 and have to go through and ok each employee which does not generate any emails and then the payroll crashes.

Selecting MS Outlook 2013 or above (actually using MS outlook 365)

I have been able to print to a pdf file but also need to resolve this actual issue.

any assistance greatly appreciated

thanks

Helen

    Hi Helen_Meikle

Not sure if you solved this - but try being out of Outlook when yiu email payslips, or visa versa.

Alos try the other options available. This is normally the first sign that emailing payslip will become a pain, and you need to look at upgrading software to something else.

      thanks for that reply.

Problem was solved by reinstalling the pdf writer that MYOB uses.  an upgrade by windows caused the existing one to be corrupted.  Sorry should have updated my post.
