  • Hi there RozWA

    I've seen similar errors from other programs where the cause came from either not having the correct VisualC++ Redist packages installed, or they were damaged/missing files.

    The solution for those were to simply reinstall the VC++ packages. I've forgotten which ones AccountEdge Partner Edition uses but I remember it being either 2012 or 2015.

    Here's the links for both:

    Visual C++ 2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=48145

    Visual C++ 2012: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

    I'd start by making sure AccountEdge PE is uninstalled, then install VC++ 2015 first and see if that yeilds any results. If that fails, uninstall AEPE again and install VC++ 2012 (You can leave 2015 behind)

    Hope this sorts it out, let me know if you're still having problems and I can start asking people in the support team.
