Anyway, aside from that I have a variance and I don't know why. According to their card the employee had 122.615 hours of unused leave but on their final payslip it says in the YTD column that they have 150.33 hours entitlement available. I checked the payslip prior and it also said they had 150.33 in entitlements as well a/ why isn't it at least 122.615 - I realize it wouldn't recognise zero until I processed another pay, but the leave figures should be the same? The personal leave entitlement figure also varies between card and payslip Can you tell me which figure is likely to be the accurate one before I process the final pay in the bank? SolvedRe: Employee terminated and reinstated as casual but leave still showing in entitlements How do I send a private message? I clicked on the underline link but it only took me to a generic screen. saying 'Private Messages' with nothing else. When I clicked on the only option of 'start a post' it took to to a fresh page for the general community forum. So I tried logging in and it did the same.... Re: Employee terminated and reinstated as casual but leave still showing in entitlements Hello MYOB I too have the same trouble - reinstating a former full time employee as a casual. Because they are returning within eligible time frames for continuity of employement conditions for long service, their original start date must remain as it was - however their employee card shows a balance in accrued leave that should be zero.
