Inventory item setup

I am endeavouring using Inventory after of years of using just sales and purchases I Press the I am inventory  this item  and I get a RED X beside it and an error message that says You have sales or...

    Hi Rosanne1 

     

    Once an Item has been used in a transaction, the 'I Inventory' option cannot be selected or de-selected. You would need to create a new item or get this changed by a MYOB specialist.
