I logged in this morning and the issue has resolved. To anyone who experiences this in the future - I suggest you give it 24 hours to resolve itself before taking any action. Attachments have dropped off transactions and reverted to the In Tray I logged into my AccountRight file to find more than 1,000 documents in my In Tray. They are all older documents dated from 2016 - 2019. Upon investigation it seems that these documents, that have been previously attached to bills, have dropped off the original transaction and reverted to the In Tray. Has anyone seen this happen before? I'm not about to go back and attached > 1,000 documents to bills, given the age of them, but my concern is why this has happened and could it happen again with more recent documents. SolvedBanner at top of screen Just a suggestion to improve working on files in a browser: Is it possible have the heading banner accross the topof the screen(example shown below)locked at the top of the screen so that when you scroll down it always stays visable? Not only can we quickly access the menus/tools, we can also easily see what file we are working in, especially when we have multiple files open at once. Thanks. Click & Drag to Select Multiple Tick Boxes In old versions of MYOB, pre-AccountRight, you used to be able to select multiple items in a check box situation by simply clicking on the first one and dragging down or up. For example, bank reconciliations, processing payroll, selecting accounts to report in GL reports, etc. Now you have to click on each one separately (unless you want to select the whole lot). Please add the click and drag method option to AccountRight as it is very time consuming to tick off items one by one. Re: Expand In Tray Feature to all transaction types Would be great to attach documents to receive money, spend money and general journals, eg, rental statements to receive money, dividend statement to receive money, distribution minute to a general journal, fuel receipt to spend money, etc. Would also be great to be able to print off attached documents instead of having to save them first and then printing them.
