Yes, we can email payslips in bulk to employees, and have found a way to download the detailed Payroll Activity report - it turns out you had to select expand all before PDF-ing. What we're now after is a way to download all payslips in a single PDF file as we used to be able to in MYOB Essentials, instead of having to click on each employee's payslip to download one by one, which is rather inefficient, and a bit of a downgrade. Is there a way we can do this? It doesn't look like this is listed as a change in the link. Regards Bulk Print Payslips/Payroll Detailed Report MYOB NZ Payroll Hi, We used to use MYOB Essentials for NZ Payroll, and were automatically upgraded by MYOB to MYOB Business in Sept 23. In MYOB Essentials we used to be able to bulk PDF all the payslips, but since the upgrade we have had to PDF each employee's payslip individually. Also in MYOB Essentials we were able to get a Payroll Detailed report for all employees, which showed similar info to the payslips except for leave balances. This was a standard report that came with MYOB. But since the upgrade we can only generate a Payroll Summary report. Is there a way we can bulk PDF payslips, and generate the Payroll Detailed report? One of our employees left in 2022 (STP 1), and returned as a casual in May 23 (STP 2). We re-activated his card in MYOB. In the STP EOFY finalisation report for him, everything else is correct, but his Base Salary from 2022 isn't included. The Payroll Activity report is correct, but the Payroll Register is incorrect (similar to the STP EOFY report his Base Salary from 2022 isn't included). To demonstrate with dummy values: 2022 2023 TOTAL STP Report Base Salary $10,000.00 $10,000.00 Gross Payments $1,250.00. WRONG - Should show $11,250 Base Hourly $1,000.00 $1,000.00 Casual Loading $250.00 $250.00 Personal Leave $150.00 $150.00 Paid Leave (Other) $150.00 Unused Holiday Leave $200.00 $200.00 Unused Leave on Termination $200.00 PAYG $1,500.00 $0.00 $1,500.00 PAYG $1,500.00 Super $1,086.75 $131.25 $1,086.75 Super $1,086.75 Troubleshooting we've tried: - Shouldn't be a problem with the payroll category 'Base Salary' as we use that for all salaried employees - Have tried processing $0 pays on 30/06/23 but that didn't work - Have tried processing a fake $1 pay in Base Salary on 30/06/23 and then reversing it just in case but didn't work either - We're moved to the latest version of MYOB, 2023.05 in mid-June so that shouldn't be it either - All pay changes are always made through processing a pay/reversing a pay Any ideas/suggestions? SolvedSuper Amount doesn't match in Payroll Activity Detail vs Payroll Summary Hi, We have an odd situation where: - An employee's final pay was processed mid-Oct - Total super payable for Oct 22 = $378.66. This was paid to the clearing house 27/10/22 via the Pay Liabilities function - This shows up correctly in the Payroll Activity Detail report and Payroll Category Transactions report - But not in the Payroll Summary - it's short by this amount exactly - In the employee card Find Transactions window, the payment of the super on 27/10/22 shows twice, although only 1 payment was made This seems to be a bug. We also found out via a couple of tests that there doesn't seem to be any difference when selecting just Tax free threshold + HELP, or Tax free threshold + HELP + FS, orTax free threshold + FS. This is what I mean: As you can see below the TFN form has a single option for HELP, FS, VSL, SSL and TSL. But when selecting the Tax Table in MYOB (also as below), FS and HELP are listed separately. So do you then select HELP, FS, or HELP + FS in MYOB? It is a query specific to MYOB as a product, not an ATO related query I would think? Thanks.
