ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Payroll - Urgent I need help with another client please. I haven't resolved the first yet as I won't be back at that client till Fri. Funnily enough, this client has 2 companies using Accountright. 1 of them processed fine. Last 4 digits of Serial No. 7020 ID: 4 Re: Payroll - Urgent I'm not at that client today Re: Payroll - Urgent Was this resolved?? I gave up on phone support after not being answered after 2.5 hours. I know others were still waiting after 4+ hours. In the end I re-created the 46 pays in Payroll but didn't record, then transferred the nett amount to the employees card through Spend Money/Electronic Payment to create an ABA file. Obviously, there is no recorded payrun, no payslips, no STP report and I'll have to re-enter them all again. Who pays for my wasted time? I certainly can't bill the client! I have another client with 3 companies and 3 sets of pay runs tomorrow. Re: Payroll - Urgent I have to get these pays through today, so I'm going to try to run the payroll, but not Record it. I'll then transfer the nett figure to a Spend Money (Electronic Payment) and use the employee card to pick up the banking details for the ABA file. Fingers crossed! Re: Payroll - UrgentRe: Payroll - Urgent Date range is 20/6/22 - 3/7/22 The General Payroll Information doesn't show a payroll year. The only date related text is the Tax Table Revision Date of 1/7/22. Re: Payroll - Urgent I've just gone back in to try again. When clicking Process Payroll I get the message: A pay run was saved with the following details: Payment date 1/1/0001 Pay period 1/1/0001-1/1/0001 Do you want to continue with the saved pay run, or start a new one.... Re: Payroll - Urgent Doesn't work in web browser either Re: Payroll - Urgent Tried just 1 pay - also didn't work I realise you are trying, but it's a busy time for us all. I've already missed one appointment, and have another 2 hours re-entering this data ONCE it's fixed And trust me.........hell hath no fury like an employee not paid Re: Payroll - Urgent No didn't work (for 2 employees)
