(This user has been logging in for years with no issues) When I login using another user email and select 'users' the other user is no longer on the list. When I try to add that user again, it says there is already a user using that email address. I received one response from a moderator that didn't solve the problem and they have replied to my further query. All subsequent requests for assistance have received no response. We need to be able to present evidence to court that all invoices and statements were sent. Statement records Please show a record of statements sent. Clients are denying the statement was sent and we can't prove otherwise. This is a simple thing that we used to be able to do.
