ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsDuplicating part numbers on Web version Hi there, I am currently in the process of converting every item that has not been set up with "I inventory this item" To do this, I am duplicating the part number on the web and making the old one inactive. BUT Whilst a majority don't give me any issues, some will not do it. See screenshot below. they are all set up the same. The info is all the same, but I can not do it. ALSO We have multiple price points in selling, but the web version does not. Therefore it is not updating all the price points Help! PLease and thank you Extra information for sales quotes or purchases We would like a way we can attach extra internal information for a customers quote/purchase order/sale that the customer can not see but we can access easily. I have tried googling but not getting anywhere. For e.g. Attach a quote from our supplier, or a jpeg for our own internal reference, or extra notes about special circumstances on this particular sale/quote but not something our customer can see on the invoice. Longer story, our sales team raises quotes and orders, but we need a way for our other staff (purchasing officers) to see the suppliers quote or the extra notes regarding this particular sale. It is especially tricky when one person raises the quote, knowing all the extra information, but if they aren't there to convert it to a sale and someone else does it, they don't get to see the extra notes or the supplier quote. We'd also like a place we can add notes like box quantities for our own internal information, but we also sell as single units and set them up as single units, but some people order box quantities. Whilst that side of things is better than the app version, unfortunately some of it's other capabilities are not as good. At the moment we are using both to get the best from both. Stock Alert not building correctly We are using Account right plus AU 2023.11.0 When we are trying to build orders form our Stock Alerts, it does not bring all selected items in. It's actually frustrating enough that is does not record the quantities on demand, or the customer who the orders are for, but it's not even bringing in all the items. Please see attached pictures. Thanks, Genreve Thank you I have attempted to do so. I am not sure it went through as first it came up with some error about a HTML, then it said I have reached my limit for the day. Without disclosing all our personal info, I did find the following I have just found the invoice number that vanished in the security journal. It has now assigned it to a new order raised a couple of hours after the first one that vanished. The one that vanished was quoted on Friday. So the consecutive numbers are not even close. The security journal shows multiple items on that new order, yet there is only one item on the new order. Strange happenings indeed. Thanks, Genreve Thank you we have just checked the journal. It does not show on it at all. Not as added, edited or deleted. In fact we had ZERO deletions in the last week. Re: Lost order Thank you Yeah my settings are correct. This is not a frequent occurance, but an occurance that shouldn't happen just the same. Fortunately I printed a copy after converting it. It is for todays date, but I still ran a search back dating and forward dating just in case. I have checked all orders for this customer and it hasn't renumbered it either Lost order This has happened a few times now. Orders just vanish! This morning I converted a quote to an order. (fortunately this time I have a copy of the paperwork) No one has deleted it, but it has disappeared. Rebooted MYOB and it is still missing. Why? Where? How?
