HELP DESK PHONE NUMBER

I am trying to get a phone number for a Help Desk so that I can speak with someone.  I called 1300555117 and got a recorded message saying that I should call between 7am and 7pm AEST.  It is currently 3:30pm in Brisbane, Australia ????  Not sure if the problem is because it is a public holiday today???

 

Anyway, what I am trying to find out, is how do I change my Administrator password.  I have changed my User password, but this password doesn't automatically change and I don't know what to do.

 

As a result, I can't go into any offline files because it just says that the password it not accepted.

 

Help.

      Hi Sai

      I did actually try all that and it didn't work yesterday.  Having said that, I went back in to the offline file this morning and tried to log into it and it DID work !....

      I will see what happens next time I do it.
