I am trying to add my new finance officer to use our file. We have previously had a profile setup for this role but removed access whilst the role was dormant. I have reactivated the user in MYOB and when I go online to invite it says "This invitation couldn't be sent because this person already entitled to use this company file"They are also not listed under Online File Users and they cannot gain access Are we able to reinstate their access.Thanks
