How can I update my subscription preferences?

I'm not sure if I will continue after my free trial, if I choose to cancel how can I update my Solo subscription preferences?

  • Thinking about canceling after your free trial? No worries, but we’ll definitely miss you!

    Just a quick heads-up: we don’t offer refunds, so be sure to cancel before your trial wraps up. The good news? It’s super easy to do!

     

    How to cancel your Solo subscription

    1. Head to My Account and sign in with your MYOB account email and password.
    2. Tap Manage my product.
    3. Select Manage subscription.
    4. Tap Cancel subscription.
    5. Follow the prompts and review the info provided.

    Once that’s done, we’ll confirm your cancellation via email within 48 hours. Just a heads-up: we need 10 calendar days' notice before your next billing date to process the cancellation.

    I am not able to cancel SOLO subscription , Please help me. I have gone to Manage my product and manage subscription and it hasn't got a cancel subscription option
