How can I update my subscription preferences?
I'm not sure if I will continue after my free trial, if I choose to cancel how can I update my Solo subscription preferences?

Just a quick heads-up: we don’t offer refunds, so be sure to cancel before your trial wraps up. The good news? It’s super easy to do!
How to cancel your Solo subscription
- Head to My Account and sign in with your MYOB account email and password.
- Tap Manage my product.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts and review the info provided.
Once that’s done, we’ll confirm your cancellation via email within 48 hours. Just a heads-up: we need 10 calendar days' notice before your next billing date to process the cancellation.
