Hi AmandaCL , I have read where you have stated several times that you can turn Secure Invoicing off. This is NOT our experience.
I have one client that (for now) unfortunately needs to persist with Myob (others have left due to this issue). This client has been forced to go through the Secure invoicing process and after going through the rigmarole of getting approved, have tried many times to turn Secure Invoicing OFF but it just does not work - all invoices sent now allow clients to use this system which increases the price of the product exponentially if the customer uses it. The business has been forced to PDF and manually email invoices which adds a lot of time and decreases efficiency.
Forcing customers to use this system, that you cannot turn off, is just disgusting!!
(One client does not use Myob for invoicing, and funnily enough that client is the only one that wasn't forced over to the new system!!!).
This is just not good enough and I can't believe Myob is getting away with this daylight robbery!!!
