AccountRight Plus 2015.4.1 - is there an issue with bank feed functionality?

(SOLVED - perhaps due to bank returning normal business hours or because this morning bank feeds sign in fields were empty this morning and username and password needed to be reentered for the first time ever)

Despite bank feeds advising the last update was today (28th December at 13.20) we have no transactions appearing in the feed for the 24th December (which was a trading day).

Business bank account is with Westpac and all transactions appear on our bank statement so I'm doubtful that it's related to the Christmas public hoidays, but concede it may be a Westpac based issue.   I'd wait until tomorrow but I'm starting to wonder if the upgrade which we ran over the weekend could be playing a part?

Hi @nondiscrypt,

It was odd that the bank transactions weren't showing initially, I'm glad to hear it has now resolved itself. Next time when in doubt, you can always click on 'Get Bank Transactions', enter your email address and password to update it.

Please feel free to browse and post on the forum at any time.

Kind regards,
Clover
