Bank Feed Issues

Hi, is there a problem accessing bank feeds at the moment due to public holidays?  We operate a number of MYOB Essentials businesses with bank feeds and accross all, we have not had a transaction come through since 18 December.

Hi @karla

 

Just speaking with the bank feeds team in regards to your bank feeds my understanding is that you have had the bank feeds for a CBA account registered with "Light Jets" serial number ending 7882. On the 19/12/2016 you have applied for bank feeds on "To... Constructions" serial number ending 2028.  This means that the feeds would have been transferred across that account as you are unable to have the same bank account being registered to two different MYOB Essentials accounts.


If you are not wishing to have the bank feeds come through to the "To..Constructions" file and wish for them to come through to "Light Jets" we are happy to arrange that for you but only new transactions would flow through and you would lose the bank feeds on "To.. Constructions".
