Bank Feeds - Credit Card

Hi,

Earlier this month i requested to have our company bank accounts setup for bankfeeds, our chequing account has been setup and activated but the credit card is still showing the status of "Awaiting Application Form" This form was sent on the same day as the form for the account that has been activated, i don't understand why this account also has not been approved??
