Bank Feeds - Credit Card

Hi,

 

We applied for Bank feeds for Cheque account and credit card. Cheque account is working absolutely fine but the credit card transactions don't seem to appear ever since we started using it. I read few forums which had the same difficulty but I am unable to understand that billing no should be filled in instead of credit card no but I checked my statement and the credit card no and billing no both are same.

Do I have to re apply and what procedure I have to follow if I have to do so?

My ANZ credit card only feeds once per month - painful end of month playing catchup..

Upon signing up for Bank Feeds it is best to check the Financial Institutions page we have on our website. This website states what accounts are eligible with MYOB and the frequency of their feeds. You can view this on our website here - MYOB Essentials and AccountRight Financial Institutions.
